Cancellation Policy

🔹 Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of your treatment. All bookings are made online. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. 🔹 Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Please arrive on time to ensure the full service. 🔹 No Shows Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be required to pay the full service price before booking again. 🔹 Infills Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. After this period, a full set will be required. 🔹 Eye Health Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If you are experiencing eye irritation, infection, or allergies, please contact us before booking.
